Belgium’s consumer confidence indicator rose to -4 in June 2025 from -7 in the previous month. This marked the highest reading since February, as sentiment became less pessimistic regarding the general economic situation (-24 vs -30 in May), while sentiment regarding the financial situation of households (-3) and the propensity to save (19) remained unchanged. In addition, concerns regarding unemployment (6 vs 13) eased notably.
