Turkey Consumer Confidence Inches Higher in June

Turkey’s consumer confidence index edged up to 85.1 in June 2025 from 84.8 in the previous month, with improvements recorded across all subcomponents. The sharpest increase was seen in household expectations for the next twelve months (85.8 vs 85.3 in May), followed by spending on durable goods over the next twelve months (102.6 vs 102.5). The assessment of current financial conditions (69.3 vs 69.1) also rose slightly, while the general economic outlook for the year ahead (82.4 vs 82.2) posted a modest gain.
